Siu Lo Han Kyuhn / Xiǎo Luó Hàn Quán

Siu Lo Han Kyuhn (Cantonese) / Xiǎo Luó Hàn Quán (Mandarin) is one of the "five pillar forms" or the Tibetan Lama Pai kung fu system and the first form the late Chan Tai-San taught Sifu David Ross. In this course, you will see actual video of Sifu Ross practicing this set in the Chan Family Association in New York's Chinatown in 1988. There is then instructional walk through pace footage shot at two different angles. As always, Sifu Ross provides the student with COMPLETE Chinese terminology and the form list. In addition, there is a copy of an article on Siu Lo Han Kyuhn that Sifu Ross published in the 1990's.
