Jiujitsu for Kung Fu People

Jiujitsu or ground work for Chinese martial arts (AKA Kung Fu) practitioners. Today, many in the Chinese martial arts have a negative attitude towards Jiujitsu and ground techniques. This feeling is despite the fact that Chinese martial arts have many throws, takedowns and sweeps. The obvious observation is that you won't always be the one doing the throwing, you might not be interested in the ground but the ground might be interested in you!

This is NOT a course in Jiujitsu. This is not about "submissions". These are foundational techniques all martial artists should know for real fighting and self defense.

The material in this course is taken from several seminars we held at NY San Da. As they are random clips, some of the material overlaps in the different lectures. Some of the material is taken from our online curriculum.
