Tim O'Connor's Strength and Conditioning for Combat Sports
Tim O'Connor is a well respected fighter who has participated in Muay Thai, San Da and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). Tim was assistant coach of the NY San Da team. On this DVD he present his unique strength and conditioning methods. Tim has used these methods both to prepare himself and his team mates for their fights. The entire team is known for their conditioning. Tim presents combat sport specific work outs combining body weight, training equipment and partner exercise. There is currenlty nothing like this DVD on the market today. The DVD features dynamic warm ups, body weight strength routines, drills for all MMA techniques (kicks, wrestling, sprawls, etc) and a circuit the NY San Da team uses.
