San Da kickboxing three
The unique feature of San Da, which makes it different from Muay Thai and other kickboxing systems, is it's emphasis on the clinch for wrestling and takedowns. San Da set ups, takedowns and throws are also perfect for Mixed Martial Art (MMA) competition. Volume three starts with the foundation, basicly pummeling and position. Different techniques are then sequentially demonstrated. Learn arm drags, duck unders, outer reaping sweeps, the "whizzer", ankle picks, the "Russian scissors" and lower innner hooking. Advice on how to transition from these techniques into ground fighting is also given for MMA students.
