Sifu David Ross has been a striking coach for more than 25 years, helping both amateur and professional fighters prepare for their competitions. He has trained them for boxing, kickboxing, Sanshou, San Da, Muay Thai and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) matches. His personal fight team has consisted of champions in ALL those formats.

This mini course gives you an inside look at professional fight preparation. A submission grappler is training for a professional Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) bout in which punches, kicks, elbows and knees are all legal. This was a short camp; about 5 weeks, and so it focused on the basics and conditioning.

In this mini course you will not only learn important details about striking for MMA, you will also learn practical drills you can practice yourself. There is over 70 minutes of footage in this mini course
